Fully assembled Sand Shed measures a scale 9’ wide x 17’ long and 10’ tall and is attached to a small base for ease of installation on your layout. The base is easily removed for custom installations. Actual size of model base is 2" x 4". Constructed of stained, individual boards. Sheet metal roof covers two stalls of sand. Fully assembled Lumber Shed. This beautiful structure features board by board construction and has a tarpaper roof. Wood shingles or sheet metal could be installed over the tarpaper for custom applications. This 30 x 60 scale foot building is excellent for lumber storage, farm equipment or recreational use. The eaves of the building are 10' off the ground and the peak is 15’ allowing plenty of clearance. Approx. size 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" x 2" tall. Fully assembled and weathered stone farm outbuilding. Fantastic detail on this hand assembled and finished structure. Stone walls are made of 'resin' and the remainder of the building is scale wood beams, braces and shingled roof. Great for an old tractor shed or detached garage for farmhouses. Building is a scale 29’ x 24’ x 18’ tall. The stalls are 12’ x 18’ each. Footprint size is 3 1/2" x 4". Approx. dimensions are 5 3/4" x 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" tall.
